Missed Pickup Fee
If you forget to leave your laundry out we reserve the right to charge a $10.00 missed pickup fee to cover costs incurred.
Separate Wash charge
There is an upcharge if your special instruction require us to run an extra wash cycle. For example, if you require whites laundered separately from the rest of your order.
Laundry Bag Deposit
A fully refundable deposit of $8.40 is charged for our pickup/delivery laundry bags. The $8.40 is refunded upon service termination, but not before at least 4 pickup/delivery orders have been completed.
Payment Method
Payment is made at time of order entry via credit/debit card on file. Card information is stored via encrypted transmission to our credit card processing company. We do not store your credit card information at the laundry.
Pickup/Delivery Schedule
Pickups and deliveries are made on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Unless otherwise specified, orders picked up on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday, orders picked up on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday , and orders picked up on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Your available pickup days will appear when you sign up for service using a valid address within our delivery area.

How do I sign up ?

Is there a long-term contract or commitment ?
No long term contracts or commitments. Cancel or suspend your account at any time via text or email.
When will my order be picked up and returned ?
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Orders picked up Monday will be delivered on Wednesday. Orders picked up on Wednesday will be delivered on Friday, and orders picked up on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
I have special instructions for my order !
Just let us know how you want your laundry done ! Choose the water temperature, the type of detergent, and whether you like fabric softener or not.
Where will laundry be picked up and dropped off ?
Ideally, your laundry should be protected from the elements. A front or back porch, entry way to your building or your garage all make great pick-up/drop-off locations.
What happens if you lose or damage an item ?
Quality is our top priority, If we lose or damage an article please notify customer service within 48 hours of the laundry being returned to you. Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for laundry that is lost or damaged by the weather before it is picked up or after it’s dropped off at your home or business. Please click on the "Terms Of Service" tab at the top of this page for more on our Loss or Damage policy.
Do you separate colors from whites?
We cannot accept the responsibility of making this determination. Most customers put their whites in a separate bag INSIDE our nylon laundry bag with special instructions like: "bleach whites" or "cold water only on colors"....
